How to place an order

Step 1. Press [add to cart] at the product page for desired items.

Step 2. The chosen item will appear at the cart page, please repeat step no.1 for other desired items.

Step 3. After choosing all items you want to purchase, please go to the shopping cart page to fill in the required informations to complete the
order.

Step 4. Press [Purchase] after filling in the required information for purchase.

Step 5. After an order is placed, an e-mail to confirm the order will be sent to the customer, instructions of payment will also be indicated in this
e-mail depending on the payment method the customer chose when order was placed.

Step 6. Orders will be shipped after payment/payment registration has been confirmed. Please wait for the delivery.

How to make payment

Available payment methods:
Credit Card, Convenience store payment, Bank transfer,
Mobile carrier, Deferred payment, and Amazon pay.



【Credit Card payment】 ※We do not accept installment payments.
Time of payment: When an order is placed.



【Convenience store payment(pay-easy)】
Time of payment:
After placing an order, please go to a nearby convenience store with the given receipt number and registered phone number to make the
transaction.

The transaction number will be provided via e-mail after the order is placed, the registered phone number and receipt number will be indicated in
the e-mail.Please use these informations to complete payment transaction at the convenience store.

※Convenience store payment is not available with Seven-eleven convenience stores.
※Please note that there is a 300yen service charge for every convenience store payment transactions.



【Bank transfer payment】
Time of payment:
Please complete the payment transaction within the given date, with the provided bank account information, in the e-mail that is sent after an
order is placed.

The bank account information can also be seen on the “purchased records” if you make an order using an app.
Dates for payments are set after 5 days from the date an order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Placed orders are only shipped after the payment is confirmed.

※Orders are automatically canceled when payments are not made within the given date.
※The provided bank account to receive payment is a designated bank account with Mitsui Sumitomo bank.
※Please note that there is a transaction service charge when payments are made via bank transfer.
※Payment confirmation will not be complete if the name on the placed order and payment transaction does not match, please make sure to use
the same name given when an order is placed during your payment transaction. Incase a transaction is made with a different name on the placed
order, please contact BASE via inquiry form with the listed information below.

【Paypal payment 】
Time of payment:
The registered paypal account will be charged when an order is placed.
When customers choose Paypal payment for their purchase, they will be transferred to a paypal payment registration screen after completing the
required information for purchase.

※Paypal payment is not available for orders via BASE app.
※Placed orders will not be processed until the customers paypal payment registration is confirmed.

【Amazon pay payment 】
Time of payment:
The registered Amazon pay account will be charged when an order is placed.
When customers choose Amazon pay payment for their purchase, they will be transferred to a Amazon pay payment registration screen after
completing the required information for purchase.

※Amazon payment is not available for orders via BASE app.
※Placed orders will not be processed until the customers Amazon pay payment registration is confirmed.

Shipments and designated date delivery

・Shipments will be done with Yu-pack or other designated delivery companies chosen by our shop. We do not accept shipments with delivery
companies chosen by a customer.

・Items will be shipped within 2 days after confirming payment/payment registration.

・Designated date deliveries can be chosen on the purchase screen. Shipments will be within 2 working days for customers who does not wish for
designated date delivery.
※ Designated date deliveries are not assured that the package will arrive on the set date, depending on the weather, road traffic and delivery
volume there may be some delay.

・Designated delivery may not be accepted depending on the time of the order and place for delivery.

Shipment fees and deliver dates

Delivery fees and delivery dates depends on the area where the product is delivered to.

※Shipment fees are based per box. Their will be an additional charge for any additional boxes delivered.

※When the number or size of purchased items excludes our box size(100),
their will be an additional charge for a bigger box for shipment.

※Payment for additional charges for a larger box will be separate from the payment to purchase items. 

※Customers who needs a larger box for shipment will be informed before shipment.

:Two to eight days

※Delivery dates depend on the area even at the same prefectures.

Cancelation, change/returning orders

・Cancelation can be accepted only before shipment, cancelation after shipment will not be accepted. Please inform us as soon as possible if you
wish to cancel an order.
※Cancelation of products with convenience store(pay-easy) payment and bank transfer payment will not be accepted even before shipment if the payment has been complete.


・If you wish to change an order, please cancel the initial order and place a new order. .We do not accept returns or exchanges due to
personal reasons.

・We do our best to maintain products in a good shape during shipment, incase there was a problem with the product purchased please inform us
within 7days form receipt for exchange or refunds.


※We will not exchange or make any refund for items that were returned without a contact from customer. Please contact us first before returning
items incase their was a flaw.

※We will only make refunds for items that are out of stock.
For flawed items that was informed after 7 days from receipt and items that has been unsealed will not be a subject for any exchange or refunds.

Issuing a receipt

If you wish for a receipt for the purchase, we can send an e-mail with a PDF data of your receipt.
Please inform us on the remark column or by call for issuing.

*We do not issue receipts by paper.

Please check all your e-mail folders, there may be instances when the automatic e-mail is sent to your spam/junk folder.
※It takes a couple of minutes to a couple of hours for an auto e-mail to be received.
